Arenazza produces a large range of patè wich are
perfects to spread on bread or pizza, as a sauce for
pasta or boiled food or roast meat and fish. The
patè Arenazza is a speciality of the farm with
zucchini, carrots, small onions, mint and garlic.
The others patè are: of artichokes, patè of
lampascioni, patè of egg-plants, patè of black
olives. Moreover there is a sauce with cilly peppers
and tomatos and a sauce slightly chilly with
egg-plants, peppers and tomatos.
